What Do We Do

Meet Kaitlyn

When I had my first baby, I was right there in the thick of it: profoundly sleep-deprived, staring at mountains of laundry, and entirely overwhelmed. I didn't even think to set up a meal train or subscription boxes. I even remember struggling with my first baby carrier, making some admittedly unsafe mistakes simply because I didn't know any better. We felt so alone, and I constantly found myself wishing we had a helping hand to get us through those intense early weeks.

That survival mode forced me to find solutions. I dove headfirst into the baby-wearing community, learned the ins and outs of carrier safety, and by the time my second child arrived, they practically lived wrapped against my chest. It was an absolute game-changer for my sanity, and today, baby-wearing is simply a way of life for us—so much so that my kids now love wearing their own dolls around the house. It is a life-changing skill that brought so much peace to our home, and it’s one I am passionate about sharing with others.

As an expat, queer, and neurodivergent parent, I know that family comes in many beautiful forms, and traditional support systems aren't always a given—whether you are far from home or navigating parenthood a bit differently. My mission is to provide the judgment-free, practical postpartum care I wish I’d had. No matter your background, nationality, or how your family is built, you deserve to feel safe, supported, and seen during this wild transition.

When I’m not supporting new parents, you can find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, lost in a good book, or exploring local hiking trails.
