The First Forty Days: 15 Hours

This 15-hour luxury package is designed to help your family settle into a predictable, peaceful, and sustainable home life. Together, we will build structured household routines tailored to your family’s unique emotional and sensory needs, giving you a solid foundation for the weeks and months ahead.

Together, we will build structured household routines tailored to your family’s unique emotional and sensory needs, giving you a solid foundation for the weeks and months ahead.


ABOUT THIS PACKAGE

Guidelines:

  • All 15 hours must be used within 4 weeks, but can be used in 1-2 hour time frames.

  • Complimentary rental of 2 carriers included for 4 weeks, after which each rental is €15/week for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Support:

  • Access to baby carrier library and personalized support for partners as well as the birthing parent to learn which carriers you prefer before making an investment in one. A 4 week complimentary rental is included with this.

  • Assistance in meal planning. This could be collaborating together or doing the entire meal plan myself with dietary needs and likes/dislikes in mind.

  • Grocery shopping and then meal prepping for the family

  • Housekeeping to allow more time with family. 

    • This includes: starting laundry in the wash, line/dryer drying, folding, putting away all household member’s clothes.

    • Dishes: Handwashing any needed dishes as well as washing and sterilizing pump/bottle parts

    • Changing linens on beds and washing the duvets as well

    • Light cleaning: wiping down cabinets and tables, sweeping floors, mopping

  • Sibling Support: If there is an older sibling that could need some play time who is not in childcare or is home during care hours, they are more than welcome to tag along and I will entertain them as I complete tasks around the house. I will also take them to the playground if requested to provide parents a bit of respite. With this, I will always share my location in real time whenever outside the home with siblings.
